The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between the client and the customers to provide product knowledge and enrollment information. The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to new concepts quickly and execute creative and innovative ways to establish and improve the customer experience and assist in achieving designated sales goals.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identify customers needs and promote all products and services to current and prospective customers
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by establishing a trusting relationship with prospective customers
  • Assist the Accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist the sales team with processing orders communicating timelines and escalating product or delivery issues
  • Deliver inperson sales presentations on products and services and upsell as needed
  • Participate in ongoing customer service sales and product knowledge meetings and training
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

  • 03 years experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent communication skills grammar skills and proficiency in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Keen problemsolving skills and organizational expertise
