As a Customer Service Representative you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
Strong problemsolving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary.
Help explain contract details.
Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worryfree driving.
Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
Key to Success:
Excellent customer service communication and listening skills.
Can work in a fastpaced environment under pressure and with other employees.
General computer and typing skills.
Available for immediate fulltime work
Passion for customer service and quality work
Must be focused and reliable.
Ability to prioritize Organize and multitask.
High School diploma or GED required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
