Customer Service Rep

Trailers seeks detailoriented independent contractors to help customers connect with insurance companies. In this role you will verify the callers information to match them with the adequate insurance provider. This is a remote independent contractor role that provides customer support through phone. The program is heavily scripted with short fastpaced calls. Please note we cannot accept licensed insurance agents for this opportunity due to potential conflict of interest.

• Earn up to $18 per hour
  
• Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 37 minutes for each hour if logged in and available for the full 60 minutes.
  

• Flexible schedule opportunities you schedule your hours!
  
• Client hours of operation are MondayFriday 7:00am to 11:00pm CST Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm Sunday 11:00am to 4:00pm CST.
  
• Hours are limited after 6pm and all Sunday hours.
  

• Excellent customer service skills needed to build rapport and assist customers.
  
• Sales skills needed to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the next step and speak with a licensed insurance agent.
  
• Overcoming objections contractors must bring strong ability and comfort level with overcoming objections.
  
• Multitasking skills needed to engage with customers while navigating online systems.
  

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
  
• Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed
  
• Wired internet connection like Cable Fiber Optic or DSL (no WiFi or mobile internet)
  
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
  
• Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
  
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intelbased machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple s Boot Camp utility.
