- Full knowledge of the bank’s services and products offered to individuals and companies, understanding the needs of customers and marketing the bank’s products;Providing banking services and answering customers' inquiries in a manner consistent with service excellence and contributes to improving the image of the bank to serve the strategic objectives of the bank.
- Receiving, auditing and executing requests submitted by clients related to various banking services in accordance with the approved work procedures related to them.
- Providing banking services for cash withdrawals and deposits and checks.
