Customer Service Manager

Tasks

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service department
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer service metrics and develop strategies to meet or exceed performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
