Overview:

The Customer Service position is vital to the organization as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer service representatives are the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing information about products and services. They play a crucial role in maintaining a positive brand image and fostering a strong relationship between the customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and processing returns
  • Handle billing and paymentrelated queries
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document and maintain customer records and interactions
  • Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer applications
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in conflict resolution is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or irregular hours
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
