Overview:

The role of a Customer Service Representative is vital to our organization as they are the primary point of contact for our customers. They play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat
  • Assist customers with product information technical support and issue resolution
  • Process orders returns and exchanges
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Manage customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Handle irate or difficult customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment
  • Adhere to companys customer service policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Customerfocused with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced work setting
  • Proven conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of product/service offerings and company policies
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
