Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with information resolving their inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand. You will communicate with customers via phone email and chat addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Additionally you will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
