* Communicating with the Clients for their request and communicating the client s request

* Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
* Maintaining the Service Master and records for Servicerelated request from the clients
* Act as a liaison between the company and its clients in addition to assisting with complaints
