Title: Hybrid Customer Service Representative

Description:

Join our team as a Hybrid Customer Service Representative where youll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model. As a key member of our customer service team youll have the opportunity to assist customers through various channels including phone email and live chat while balancing remote work and inoffice collaboration. If youre customerfocused empathetic and thrive in a dynamic environment we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
1. Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via phone email and live chat channels.
2. Address inquiries resolve issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
3. Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions ensuring timely followup and resolution.
4. Stay knowledgeable about products services and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and operations to address customer needs and improve processes.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude representing the companys values in all interactions with customers.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with strong active listening skills.
3. Empathy and patience in dealing with customers with a focus on providing personalized and empathetic support.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
6. Flexibility to work a combination of remote and inoffice shifts as needed.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
