Customer Service

As a Customer Service Agent you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay

Tasks

• You will be responsible for assisting guests with their queries resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email regarding bookings activities and general information about the Dutch market.
• Provide advice and information on facilities and services. Respond effectively to customer
• concerns and complaints striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Help customers book accommodation meals and recreational activities. Ensuring the accuracy of booking details and billing information

Requirements

• High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
• Experience in customer service.
• Thoroughness autonomy and good interpersonal skills

Working hours: 39 hours per week Monday Sunday

• Monday to Friday rotative hours from 9:00 to 21:00
  in two shifts and 2 weekends a month.
• Saturdays from 9:00m to 19:00
• Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00.
