Customer Service Inbound I

We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound I for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

• Assist with answering busy phone line daily
• Return calls daily to clients
• Assist with background checks
• Look and Enter information into various databases
• Lookup and correct information in HAPPY database
• Assist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessary
• Respond to inquiries from Landlords Tenants and the General Public
• Learn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance Programs
• Other duties as directed

Work hours:

• 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
