Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance postsales customer experience and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers postsales handling inquiries concerns and feedback via phone email chat and social media channels.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions troubleshooting and technical support escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system updating customer profiles and order histories as needed
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to postsales support.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
