Working Location: Peachtree Corners GA.

As a key player in our operations the Customer Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse team delivery personnel and customers.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for providing topnotch service to our clientele. As a Customer Service Dispatcher you will be responsible for managing the dispatch process to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of home furnishings to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize and schedule the picking and packing of home furnishings orders according to customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
2. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers to ensure they are aware of their assigned routes delivery schedules and any special instructions or customer preferences.
3. Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status delivery updates and product availability in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Utilize dispatching software and tracking systems to maintain accurate records of orders deliveries and customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as sales inventory control and warehouse management to resolve any issues that may impact order fulfillment or customer service.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
8. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment fostering teamwork and cooperation among dispatch team members.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or logistics is a plus.
2. Previous experience in customer service dispatching or logistics coordination preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers team members and delivery personnel.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in computer software applications including dispatching software Microsoft Office suite and email communication.
6. Adaptability and problemsolving skills to handle unexpected challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing orders.
8. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
