• Knowledge of commercial catering equipment would be ideal
  

• Process orders via SAP
  
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and deliveries
  
• Follow up on back orders
  
• Liaise with shipping companies and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
  
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel
  
• Maintain exceptional communication and phone etiquette
  
• Demonstrate a clientfocused approach with a professional demeanor
  
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite proficiently
  
• Previous experience in SAP Business One preferred
  
• Background in order processing environment is advantageous
  
• Knowledge of commercial catering equipment is desirable
