Customer Service Coordinator based in Hamburg

Astrantia Talent partners with a multinational company operating globally in the distribution of plastics and chemical products. The business is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator based in Hamburg

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated customers.
  • Manage customer relationships including order management contracts and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure customer contracts and orders meet profit margins and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Validate and input customer orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and allocate materials.
  • Oversee customer orders from start to finish including tracking deadlines and documentation.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on order status.
  • Handle billing processes and monitor customer payments.
  • Address and resolve issues with internal and external contacts.
  • Escalate unresolved issues that could impact other suppliers or customers.
  • Attend department meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Ability to balance thoroughness and adherence to procedures with adaptability.
  • Proficiency in German and English written and verbal is a must; additional languages are a bonus.
