My client is a Swedish company who produces innovative paper products from fresh fibre. Their products are ideally suited to books magazines advertising and packaging.

My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and managing seamless supply chain operations for their clients. As they expand our operations in the Benelux region we're seeking a dedicated Customer Care person to join our dynamic team.

A Customer Care person is responsible for the back office activities for a defined customer portfolio and for the customers' entire supply chain and business monitoring: from planning and forecast to order delivery and invoicing. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sales activities to achieve our business targets.

You will be based in our centrally located office in Amsterdam Netherlands (Hybrid)

Main Missions:

  • Maintain daytoday communication with customers handling all aspects of the supply chain process including basic data management forecasting order processing delivery coordination and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to support their sales activities and address any deviations from sales targets.
  • Coordinate stock consignment handle claims and monitor credit situations.
  • Liaise with transport companies and customs agencies to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • With daily interaction with customers in the Netherlands the head office in Sweden customer care colleagues across Europe and a close cooperation with our stakeholders such as warehouses and transport companies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams both in Netherlands and including Sales Managers Technical Service and Planning departments.

Profile:

  • Graduated with a degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 35 years of experience preferably in B2B customer service role or business administration
  • Knowledge of working with supply chain and managing business interactions with customers and other service providers.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • Service minded person who likes to solve problems in the best interests of both the customer and the company. Positive accommodating and responsive in interactions.
  • Works methodically plans tasks effectively meets deadlines and maintains calmness in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good in English & Native level Dutch.
