We are looking for a Austrian Germanspeaking customer service expert for one of the most important international automobile manufacturing companies in an awesome project!

What are we looking for

• You have a native level of Austrian German.
• You have an advanced level of English (B2).
• We value that you have experience in customer service.
• That you like working as a team.
• That you know how to recognize the needs of clients.
• Residence in Madrid.

• Permanent fulltime contract with career opportunities!
• The contract will be 39 hours a week Monday to Friday. Time zone between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Competitive salary of 20.000 /year.
• Training within contract paid with 1061.46. (3week training from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
• Modality of work: At first On site work in our Madrid hub (Puerta de Toledo area). Once the learning curve is over hybrid work is possible.
