Customer Service Professionals Fluent in Polish Dutch Flemish or Norwegian Needed! Relocation Assistance Available!
We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is looking to hire a Customer Support Agent in Riga.

Work Details:
  • Work Model: Onsite
  • Location: Riga Latvia
  • Employment Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries for a payment platform via phone chat and email and provide solutions to end users.
  • Document case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
  • Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle.
  • Escalate highpriority issues as per client specifications to the immediate lead if necessary.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Adhere to quality standards on all handled contacts.
  • Follow the work schedule and be prepared to start work on time.
  • Manage contacts while meeting projectdefined targets: response time handle time and resolution rate.
  • Undertake any additional tasks that may enhance client service or improve your KPIs.
  • Participate in training sessions.

Requirements:
  • Professional fluency in Polish Dutch/Flemish or Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B1 level) both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
  • Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm at 90% accuracy.
  • An optimistic friendly positive and selfdriven individual.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • A serviceoriented profile with a focus on problemsolving.
  • Ability to work shift hours/parttime (as legally permissible) and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • No negative remarks in a background check such as a criminal record and willingness to undergo such a background check process during the recruitment process.
