This is a remote position.

We need individuals to fill positions with our rapidly growing company! Our clients are requesting more agents to work from home to handle the high volume of support for their customers. The customer service agent is responsible for providing effective service for all internal and external customers by using excellent indepth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department of various Fortune 500 companies.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Assisting customers via incoming calls from clients for reservations and technical support
  • Providing customer service via email fax or mail
  • Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment
  • Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions




Requirements

  • Prefer customer service experience but will train
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 or 11
  • Per the client s request the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen (when applicable)
  • Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A stable work history
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF US RESIDENCY
  • Pay varies based on the client

Mut provide proof of US residency Requirements: * Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related * Moderate level of computer knowledge * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher * Must be self-directed and self-motivated * Strong listening skills * Accuracy * Efficiency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements Windows 10 or above Minimum 2 GB RAM CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent) Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher. **Mac and Apple based systems will not work with our programs and platforms.
