Simply Green is a major European wholesale distributor of CBD products smoking accessories and related cannabis products. The business currently has a team of around 25 and is very fast growing.

We are looking for a Customer Service professional who learns quickly is process oriented and highly customer focused with a strong attention to detail. You will be helping a variety of customers from around the world and will need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

This is an urgent position and priority will be given to candidates who can interview quickly.

Tasks

  • Communicate with current and potential clients primarily via our support ticket system but also by telephone email online chat or social media.
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to deescalate stressful situations.
  • Document personal information to create update or adjust customer accounts.
  • Prepare customer servicerelated information for purposes of auditing and reporting.
  • Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties.
  • Suggest products to clients based on their requests and needs.
  • Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls in some cases cold calling to follow up on orders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual language skills are a plus especially Spanish French and Italian.
  • Prior experience working in call centers or as a customer service agent is essential.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Windows Word and Excel. Hobspot or other ticketing system is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
  • Good empathy and listening skills to deescalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem.

  • Annual salary 28000 to 31000 depending on experience.
