Customer Service Agent Danish - Barcelona

Our client is the European leader in the payments industry and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!

Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent your responsibilities include:

• Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone email and chat (B2B)
• Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
• Troubleshooting reported issues
• Maintaining a good customer relationship

Requirements

• Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work

What you need:

• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• Native level of Danish (written and spoken)
• Techsavvy: the ability to work with different IT systems and programs
• Flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
• Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus but not a must
