As a Customer Service Representative you will be an integral part of the client s team. In a highly customerfocused environment you will be the companys brand ambassador interacting and helping job seekers through email live chat and phone support. Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Shifting Mondays to Fridays 9hour shifts (inclusive of 1 hour break) with coverage between 6PM up to 1PM Manila time
Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH

What do you need to succeed
  • Must have 35 years of customer service experience in the call center industry handling accounts in tech software or hospitality
  • Must have experience in supporting customers in blended channels voice chat and email
  • Must have a stable postpaid fiber internet connection
  • Must be located within Metro Manila (or neighboring provinces with accessible commuting to the Metro)
  • Must possess an excellent grasp of English both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in using Zendesk or related CRM is a plus but not required
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with customers and create positive experiences for them
  • Must be internet savvy and tech savvy
  • Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
  • Must be dependable punctual and a team player

  • Assist customers in navigating the client s website and taking full advantage of all site features
  • Respond to a wide array of customer concerns from tech support to career advice
  • Recommend other available services and when appropriate help the customer purchase those services
  • Acquire a deep understanding of corporate website structures various industries companies job functions job responsibilities career stages and more
  • Recognize trends and recurring issues and work well with a cooperative team to resolve any new issues that may arise
  • Other customer service related tasks that may be assigned
