As a member of the CEC team your primary mission is to deliver topnotch customer service to our evergrowing customer base. This role is tailormade for individuals eager to be part of a unique and thriving business. With our continued growth youll play a crucial role in shaping our customer experience.

Key goals and objectives:

• Provide exceptional customer service through both inbound and outbound calls
• Address customer queries promptly and efficiently ensuring a seamless service experience
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Contribute to achieving team targets by working collaboratively within the team
• Cultivate an open mindset for continual skill development in a rapidly evolving environment

Key responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls working with automated dialling systems
• Respond to customers inquiries regarding our services
• Work collectively with the team to meet personal and teamKPIs
• Utilise initiative to proactively solve problems and challenges that may arise

Essential skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a contact center setting
• Track record of meeting both team and individual targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Strong objection handling skills
• Clear and polite telephone manner
• Effective communication skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a team
