Tasks

• Delivering a bestinclass consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders services etc. through different channels (issues during presales midsales and aftersales)
• Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
• Managing cases and Ecommerce questions using the software tools provided

Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Dutch French German or Norwegian
• Fluent level of English
• Able to work from Barcelona
• Enjoy taking care of and helping people
• Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• Attentive empathetic flexible and proactive
• Good communication skills
• Passionate about sports
• Eager to learn
