Tasks

• Develop and Execute CRM Strategy:
  Design and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
• Email Marketing Campaigns:
  Plan create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
  Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Automation and Workflow Management:
  Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline communication processes.
• Customer Analytics:
  Generate regular reports on key performance indicators related to CRM and email marketing.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM management and email marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detailoriented with strong project management skills.
