- He manages the relationship with existing customers who are classified as facilities and commercial customers within his portfolio and works to develop them and supervises the fulfillment of their requests and the disclosure / bypassing of their accounts and the provision of service to them by the various service channels in the bank to maintain them and raise the level of their satisfaction.
- Attracts new clients to increase the bank's portfolio of sector clients, supervises the study of their needs and requests, and approves/recommends them to the concerned authorities to obtain approval according to the established authorities.
