Are you adept at harnessing the power of existing customer relationships to drive referrals and enhance customer satisfaction TeamAlert is seeking a Customer Referral Specialist to assist in crafting an impactful email campaign aimed at soliciting feedback and referrals from our esteemed customer base.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Development: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute a compelling email campaign tailored to our existing customers. The campaigns primary objective is to gather Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from customers and motivate them to provide referrals.
NPS Collection: Develop and implement a streamlined process for collecting NPS scores from our customer database via email. Create persuasive messaging to encourage customer participation in the NPS survey and prompt them to share candid feedback about their experiences with TeamAlert.
Referral Generation: Leverage your expertise in customer referrals to drive engagement with our referral program. Craft persuasive communication to inspire satisfied customers to refer their peers and industry contacts to TeamAlerts suite of services.
Customer Engagement: Monitor customer responses to the email campaign and proactively engage with customers to address inquiries or concerns. Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster ongoing engagement and active participation in our referral initiatives.
Refresher Training Promotion: Analyze NPS scores to identify customers who may benefit from refresher training sessions. Develop targeted messaging to promote these training opportunities to customers seeking additional support or seeking to enhance their proficiency with TeamAlerts solutions.
Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing successful email campaigns targeting existing customers preferably within the softwareasaservice (SaaS) sector.
Profound understanding of customer referral programs and strategies for maximizing customer engagement and participation.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with customers and motivates action.
Detailoriented approach with strong analytical skills capable of interpreting data insights to inform campaign optimization and customer engagement strategies.
