Customer Outreach Specialist
Primary responsibilities scheduling meter changes making phone calls and generating/sending letters.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Basic computer skills General knowledge of office equipment (scanner copier) and Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn on the fly attention to detail. Interpersonal skills.
Customer is looking for someone who has great communication skill to work with customers organized with the ability to multitask.
