ROLE PURPOSE

  • Serve as an ambassador for Our client delivering excellent customer service to all patrons.
  • Ensure highquality customer service aligns with Our clients objectives in Hong Kong meeting the needs of the target audience effectively.


ROLE CONTEXT

  • Primary responsibility involves handling inquiries and enrolling customers in English language courses and exams.
  • Tasks include managing inperson telephone and email inquiries as well as conducting placement tests for Teaching Centre customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide operational assistance to the Sales & Customer Management team.
  • Accurately register and reserve students for courses and exams managing cash desk transactions efficiently.
  • Handle inbound calls courteously offering accurate and timely information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service addressing all customer needs and requests promptly.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager ensuring compliance with safeguarding guidelines.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential as Our clients systems and processes operate in English.
  • Fluency in Chinese with the ability to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Tertiary education preferred.
  • Minimum/Essential:
    • Experience in a customer serviceoriented role.
  • RoleSpecific Skills:
    • Proficiency in IT skills including spreadsheet usage and accurate data entry.
  • Applicants must already have the right to live and work in Hong Kong as work passes cannot be sponsored.
  • Operational hours range from 9:00 am 10:00 pm on weekdays and from 8:45 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Hours will be allocated based on operational needs subject to agreement between staff and Our client on an hourly basis.
