Job Description

Job Objective:
To ensure building and operationalizing the consumer service / installation teams in their respective territories
Ensure to deliver on customer centric KPIs i.e. NPS.
Ensure complaint management and personally attend to major consumer complaints in the region and ensure fast resolution.
Manage and drive service providers in the allocated territory.
Build capacity & capabilities in the installation teams.
Implement initiatives inline with expectations.
Trade satisfaction management i.e to visit trade and ensure resolution of issues
