Customer Contact Representative

Tasks

• Interact with customers via phone email or chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
• Process customer orders payments and refunds accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
• Provide product and service information to customers guiding them in making informed decisions
• Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
