Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care representative your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. Specifically your role will involve:
- Answering questions about our company s products or services: You must have a thorough knowledge of our offerings in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Processing orders and transactions: This includes receiving processing and managing incoming orders as well as handling any cancellations returns or exchanges.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems: You should have the ability to address and resolve product/service issues as well as troubleshoot any technical problems customers may encounter.
- Delivering uptodate information about our offerings: You will need to stay informed about our latest products and services and provide customers with accurate relevant information.
- Providing proactive customer outreach: In addition to addressing customer inquiries you will proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction address any concerns and build strong longterm relationships.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
