Job Description

Position: Associate Sales Consultant / Customer Support
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Assist customers in the sale of a range of financial products over the phone.
2. Achieve productivity standards with a focus on speed and accuracy.
3. Meet and exceed assigned targets periodically.
4. Learn about products and services effectively describing/explaining them to prospects.
5. Understand customer requirements and successfully close sales.
6. Visit client places if required for any businessrelated needs.
7. No hardcore sales only sales pitch required.
**Fixed Shift Timing:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Working Days:** 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)
**Salary Package:**
Salary up to INR 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA (Fixed)
Unlimited Incentives
**Interview Mode:** Face to Face
