Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via different channels in German English(B2)
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
• Provide postsale service
• Excellent client etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work

C2 level of written and verbal communication skills in German

Good knowledge of English (B2 level);

Availability to work in rotating shifts;

Experience in customer service (preferred)
