Customer Account Associate

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

Fidelity Partners is seeking a customer account associate to market its direct hire services to clients such as hospitals clinics doctors offices other clinical and nonclinical healthcare providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to identify and develop customer base via multiple sources including outbound marketing leads target lists computerized directory lists and individual research.
• Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications.
• Ability to market direct hire an permanent placement services.
• Conduct research and a needs analysis of prospective customers business needs.
• Work with leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly motivated results driven professional
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel Word MS Outlook).
• HS Diploma Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2 years marketing and sales related experience.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
• Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
