POSITION SUMMARY -We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team and create engaging and effective financial literacy curriculum content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing curriculum content in the field of financial literacy and an in-depth understanding of the subject matter.
Requirements
Must have Qualifications:
Any UG/PG degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field would be beneficial)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing curriculum content in the field of financial literacy.
Strong understanding of financial literacy concepts and the ability to explain them in clear bite-size chunks.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies.
Experience with curriculum development tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Instructional design certificate
Knowledge in Storyboarding and publishing skills
Advanced skill in MS Excel and Power point
Design tools like Canva, Pixton, Figma, Adobe
