CSSNA Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description: Under some supervision coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound Outbound Kitting etc. based on direction from Operations management. Key Responsibilities: Health Safety & Environmental (HSE)Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any workrelated injury illness incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards policies procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Lead HSE Training and actively engage workforce. Quality Follows all applicable standard work work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Identifies and controls nonconforming material. Delivery Receive incoming goods accurately sort label/package store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Operates manual and automated equipment to pick pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Ensures training completion in line with business requirements. Seeks ways to improve quality safety process material flow and employee development. Ensures clean and orderly work area including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals. Works with peers skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**Additional Manager Notes**

**Please note candidates pay rate can not exceed XX19XX. There is a XX1.50 shift differential depending on experience. Total starting pay will be XX20.50.

Looking for someone with prior experience in warehouse operating pulling work orders (parts) and receiving and putting parts back. Forklift experience is a bonus they would certify if they do not though.

the manager wants to note that they would be willing to train the right candidate. If you have anyone that does not have prior experience in Warehouse but is willing to learn and work please submit them

This is for a backfill at the site it could potentially turn full time.

2nd shift hours will be Monday Thursday 10 hour shifts 4 days a week 4pm2:30am.


OT is available but not mandatory. Manager would like to have 30 Minute Zoom interviews they will need to be local this job is onsite.
