WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues

Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments

Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner

All other duties as assigned
