Lykke operates a cryptocurrency exchange offers software as a service (SaaS) products and serves as a marketmaker and liquidity provider on multiple trading platforms. We are actively looking for a Cryptocurrency Trader to strengthen our team.

The Role

As a Cryptocurrency Trader at Lykke you will be at the forefront of our trading operations executing and optimizing trades implementing strategies and contributing to the dynamic landscape of the cryptocurrency market.

Tasks

• Execute timely and accurate cryptocurrency trades while following established strategies and risk management protocols.
• Analyze market trends news and events to make informed trading decisions.
• Manage and monitor trading positions and exposures in realtime to ensure adherence to risk limits.
• Utilize trading tools and platforms effectively to maximize trading performance.
• Continuously monitor and assess the impact of market developments on trading strategies.
• Maintain clear and organized records of trading activities and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of trading models and algorithms.
• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Actively communicate trading insights and strategies with the broader team.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or a related field OR equivalent trading experience.
• Proven experience as a Cryptocurrency Trader demonstrating successful execution of trading strategies.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market including different coins tokens and market dynamics.
• Proficient in technical and fundamental analysis to inform trading decisions.
• Familiarity with various trading platforms order execution and risk management.
• Ability to adapt to fastpaced market changes and make splitsecond decisions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to trading challenges.
• Strong communication skills to articulate trading strategies and insights.
• Experience with algorithmic trading and trading bots is a plus.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in German is a Plus).
