Tasks

Forge and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop a strategic plan attuned to understanding client needs.
Spot opportunities and cultivate connections with institutional investors and investment consultants.
Master the art of establishing rapport probing listening aligning and closing lucrative prospects.
Take the lead in new business meetings adeptly closing deals with institutional investors and consultants.
Present actionable ideas that align seamlessly with the companys objectives.
Serve as a pivotal figure within the investment sectors ensuring active and enthusiastic support throughout the sales and marketing processes.
Engage in collaborative efforts with Product Operations Compliance and the management team to ensure seamless partner integrations.
Facilitate and mediate interactions between clients and the internal team ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.

Requirements

Possessing over 2 years of experience in global capital markets is advantageous.
Demonstrated proficiency in cryptocurrency markets trading strategies and OTC trading.
Familiarity with startups banking FinTech as well as Bitcoin/Blockchain technology.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with business proficiency in English.
Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
Proven track record in lead generation and cultivating new accounts.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven capable of working with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
