We are seeking a Cruise Specialist to join our team and help make your clients' vacation dreams a reality. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.This position requires excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information on available cruise packages, itineraries, costs and services
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Research and investigate current cruise specials and promotions
Research existing and new cruise options and provide recommendations to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns
Process and coordinate cruise reservations, payments, and cancellations.
Coordinate with the cruise lines to ensure the necessary documentation for travelers to board
Effectively manage relationships with vendors, clients and team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience in the customer service industry
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
