Once we have received the candidate online application our Human Resource specialist will review your resume and qualifications based on the needs of the cruise line. The application is then processed and forwarded to our corporate clients for further review.
As soon as feedback is received from the hiring cruise line, the candidate is contacted by a Cruising Recruitment Officer via email or telephone to confirm an appointment, date and time for an interview with the hiring Cruise Line Human Resource Department.
Please note that candidates with previous ship board experience or a background in hospitality would be considered a plus.
Also candidates holding a C1/ D1 Visa and STCW training certificates would be an advantage.
