A global online casino and sportsbook company has an excitingjobopportunity for aCRM Specialist (iGaming)who will deliver awesome campaigns in a cutting edge digital environment inCape Town. You will be creative, analytical and of course versed in customer segmentation and email marketing! Does thisjobseem perfect for you? Keep reading!

Your keyjobresponsibilities as theCRM Specialist (iGaming)inCape Townwill include managing and executing CRM campaigns, roadmaps and promotions covering areas of Casino and Sportsbook product across all channels. You will also monitor and maximise players Life Time Value (improve retention and ARPU) while keeping reinvestment cost (bonuses) at reasonable levels to improve profitability. You will also be able to optimise conversion of new visitors to new registered players to active depositors, working on marketing message and the whole acquisition funnel



Requirements

Requirements for thisCRM Specialist (iGaming) jobinCape Town:

  • 2+ years working in email / CRM marketing with a focus on promotions, loyalty, retention and optimisation
  • 2+ years of segmentation experience, specifically in the iGaming environment
  • Experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Strong Excel and pivot table experience
