One of our clients is currently looking for a CRM Project Consultant for a 12month contract based in Bornem.
Context
As a CRM Project Consultant you will work within the Marketing department to support the marketing activities. Your role is to manage CRM tasks and ensure that various
initiatives are set up correctly in the various systems.
You work closely with the teams from Brand Communication and ensure a good flow of their communications. You also support the Events team by managing their loyalty programmes.
Responsibilities
As a CRM expert you are involved in many different projects which makes for a lot of variety and a wide variety of responsibilities:
Support the overall digital transformation from CRM
Support the development of a new campaigning tool (Adobe Campaign)
Analysing marketing campaigns and email campaigns
Managing the loyalty programmes: members subscriptions new events...
Supervising the data exchange between our local database and VAB
Responsible for the dataflow on which our surveys are based
Requirements
Profile
Experience with Project Management
Experience with CRM systems (mainly Salesforce)
Experience with Adobe Campaign
Dutch fluent in English and French
Structured communicative independent and analytical
Quick to deploy
