CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the Job

We re looking for a motivated CRM Manager to join one of our portfolio companies Digitalisation team and support its Marketing strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you ll focus on launching key strategic initiatives and innovative products.

Join our portfolio company: An Austrian MedTech company focused on manufacturing dental CAD/CAM equipment and materials. This leading pioneer of digital dental technology has offices across the globe.

In this role you ll:

• Develop effective and scalable nurturing/retention mechanisms
• Manage technical aspects of our portfolio company s key marketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for lead generation, distribution and reporting
• Identify, implement, and manage new marketing technologies to improve our portfolio company s marketing performance
• Partner with the Global Sales Operations team to implement new attribution and tracking methodologies
• Manage database hygiene and optimisation; develop/execute strategies for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and marketing automation performance
• Work with and onboarding vendors (e.g., data partners, agencies, new tools, etc.)

Your Profile

• Experience in utilising and developing Marketing CRM solutions in B2B environments
• Expert in project and process management as well as in agile methods
• Well-versed in B2B customer experience best-practices
• Tech & commercial mindset
• Completed Studies in Business Administration with a strong focus on Marketing, Sales or Entrepreneurship
• Secure knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Please note that we are looking for support in the Koblach office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
