CRM Marketing Manager

• Analyze customer data and create detailed customer segments for personalized marketing campaigns;
• Develop and implement trigger communications across different customer segments to boost conversions;
• Design and execute specialized email campaigns to enhance revenue;
• Leverage email marketing SMS marketing and messengers (WA Telegram) for increased engagement and revenue;
• Manage and support CRM extensions and integrations including sales call systems WhatsApp and other communication tools ensuring their seamless integration and operation within our marketing stack
• Analyze campaign outcomes and refine communication strategies for optimal results;
• Conduct A/B testing to finetune messaging and enhance performance;
• Develop and manage automated workflows and scenarios in HubSpot and Make ensuring seamless operation and integration with other marketing technologies;
• Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign success offering insights and recommendations for further enhancements.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing with a strong emphasis on automation and process optimization;
• Demonstrated expertise in email marketing SMS marketing and use of messengers;
• Advanced analytical skills with a solid background in data analysis and segmentation;
• Proficiency in working with CRM and automation tools especially HubSpot and Make;
• Deep understanding of HubSpot s features and functionalities for segmentation lead nurturing campaign management and automation setup;
• Demonstrated experience with managing and supporting CRM integrations and extensions such as sales calls systems and various messaging platforms;
• Experience in designing and managing workflows funnels and automation scenarios not just within CRM but across various marketing platforms;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong project management and organizational abilities;
• Effective team player with the capability to collaborate across departments.
