Creative123$ operates in the Information Technology & Services industry specializing in developing CRM strategies to effectively manage target audiences and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for creating and developing the CRM strategy using a creative approach to secure and manage target audiences. They will work with the Direct Sales and Marketing Managers to ensure a stream of highquality leads through online and email marketing drive acquisitions increase conversion improve retention and enhance customer loyalty. The key responsibilities include:
  • Planning managing and delivering the CRM strategy.
  • Building collaborative relationships with all marketing teams to gain a profound understanding of the customer base through insight segmentation and data analysis.
  • Managing data and CRM agency resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns.
  • Conducting analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness in terms of traffic acquisition conversion retention and revenue.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • 56 years of experience in CRM/data marketing/email marketing.
  • Firsthand experience in the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with backend system knowledge.
  • Excellent planning analytical skills and project management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data and production processes.
  • Great communication skills written and verbal.
  • Foresight to anticipate issues set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate.
  • Ability to be creative and use their initiative to develop new ideas.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • CRM/data marketing/email marketing.

  • Analytical and project management.
