Job Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing eCommerce sites CRM systems and ERP solutions.
Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools including Google Analytics SEO etc.
Indepth understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis project management and problemsolving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Requirements:
Online Reputation Manager (Online Facebook queries/ Instagram)
Work Experience:
Proven work experience in a similar role specifically within an ecommerce brand.
Whatsapp Service Provider (BOB/ limechat):
Customer segmentation and whatsapp campaign management.
Shopify Expertise:
Handson experience in using Shopify both in backend operations and with various apps.
Database Management:
Ability to manage customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
Customer Service Initiatives:
Develop and manage customer service initiatives ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries feedback and issues.
Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor customer trends and suggest strategies to increase sales based on customer behavior and preferences.
Analyze website performance and customer engagement metrics.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Content Development and Brand Consistency:
Oversee the development of customerfacing content ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
