Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a CRM Intern. In this role you will assist in developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies to enhance our business operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data assisting in the creation of targeted marketing campaigns and providing support for CRM software implementation and maintenance.
Selected interns daytoday responsibilities include:
1. Data Entry and Maintenance: Creating customer journeys & funneling on CRM.
2. Campaign Support: Conducting endtoend email & whatsapp marketing campaigns.
3. Analytics Assistance: Daily analysis of campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
4. Content Creation: Creating dashboards for reporting and contributing to developing content for CRM communications.
5. Customer Research: Conducting research on target audiences to inform segmentation and personalization strategies.
6. Administrative Support: Providing general support to the CRM team including scheduling meetings preparing reports and organizing files.
7. Learning and Development: Actively participating in training to understand CRM principles tools and techniques better.
8. Collaboration: Working with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in CRM efforts.
